Pushing Through & Getting your mind right
What do you use to push through when you are exercising? I am re-starting after being off the wagon for about a year. I bought an elliptical but find myself out of breath-lungs burning-legs feel like they are gonna fall off after just 5 minutes.. What do you use to get through when you are exercising?

Energy boosts?
I have been feeling energy-less lately. So I upped my water consumption, added in more fruits/veggies ( fresh) and I've been getting good sleep... so what do you do when you need an energy boost? I have addded one bottle of caffienated water back into my diet too b/c I thought maybe i t was caffeine withdrawl

so I am considering going to a therapist about my eating habits. I am such a yo-yoer and I know there has to be a reason behind my eating.. as anyone else gone to a therapist.. not eaters ano. but an actual therapist?

7 lbs in one week???
How in the world did I gain 7 lbs in one week.. especially since this last week I have been so busy that I am way under my calories. I am thoroughly confused. U can look at my diary.. the should be no reason I gained that much weight. I know some could be water weight, etc etc but I didn't even go over my calories at all…

Deadlifts.. question
I know it says i am suppose to start with 95 lbs but I can't even lift the 95 lbs. I am a fairly bigger girl but have no strength. SO I was thinking of starting with half of that around 45-50 lbs.. would that be okay? And I don't have a power rack or any of that jazz

Buying weight bar and bench... need help.
So I am a newbie to weight training... I am gonna start strong lifts 5x5... and really don't have the time/extra money for a babysitter to go to the gym. What equipment do you suggest? I have a budget of under $200. I have been researching beginner weight benches but alot of them look they would only accomodate a teenager.

Do I gradually increase the weight each session or do I start off right out the gate with what it suggests? I have never lifted before so I was thinking maybe i should do just the bar for a week and then add in more weight

Beginner - strength training.. need a routine

Is there a certain food that...
you stay away from b/c you don't trust your self eating it? Mine is pb & jelly sandwiches. YUMMMY! I steer away b/c i can't seem to limit myself to just one... so do you think its better to allow yourself to "binge" occassionally on that food or just stay away from it all together?

just walking....
I recently started exercising again and I have been doing 2 miles on the treadmill at 3.2-.3.5mph 5-6 times a week... I also have restricted my calories by 500... will i lose weight just by walking or do i need to be doing other exercises as well?

how do you spread your calories out
do you try to eat an equal amount for each meal? Do you make one meal a big one and then eat tiny meals? just curious what works best for you

Why is it so hard for people to understand
that you cant expect to lose weight without changing your calorie intake? my friend is working out with me.. she chose to do insanity and she thinks she will lose 100lbs just by doing the insanity program.

way more out of shape then i thought
today was day 1 of 30ds and i only made it through 8 minutes :( its a start though but i am so disappointed in how much i have left myself go. hopefully tomorrow i can make it further in the video.
