If that what works for you then do it! I work out everyday as well and I also cheat on weekends. It makes me feel like I am not depriving myself of anything and then I don't gorge when I do eat unhealthy.

Thank you for the great information!! :) So helpful! I did lower my TDEE, which I set to 1200 calories. I may be under estimating my daily activities. I may have to play around with it and see what is best for my body I guess.

Is it ok to repeat the same exercise everyday? I rotate all of my Jilian Michaels workout dvds so my body doesn't get used to the same exercise and I'm on level 3....but I'll join if it will work!

I'm 5'3 and have short legs as well. Petite sizes fit me funny. I LOVE Buckle jeans. You can order them online & even bring them to the store to get them hemmed for FREE :o) I always have to hem my jeans. Good luck!
