Calorie Intake

When I add my workout to my daily plan, my calories are increased but I never eat them. Does anyone eat all of the extra calories that are given? I feel like I shouldn't be eating that many extra calories in one day.

I'd do a search, this has been asked many a times - you will have a lot that say, eat the exercise calories and others who say not to. Personally I generally do not eat back exercise calories. In my experience I eat 1200 - 1400 calories, when I do "eat the exercise calories" I have a harder time losing. My recommendation, try it both ways, see which works for you - that was my decision...0
