my weight loss journey also began with 30 DS. It's really tough atthe beginning but if if u stick with it, u 'll see incredible changes. I didn't give up so I saw the results. Also the results will make u more determined and motivated. keep doing it!

When u get lighter, losing weights gets harder. Don't expect the same results when u're heavier. Your progress must slow down. Maybe, the reason is you're building muscles

I think high intensity workouts are the best for weight loss. Jillian Michaels' workouts are excellent especially 'kickbox fastfix' to have fun.
