Hello everyone, I'm doing workouts everyday for 3 months except just a week. I didn't take any rest. Actually, sometimes I think I should take rest for a day. But I can't persuade myself to it while thinking I'll be sorry about it. So, what do you think about it? Is it really essential in weight loss journey?

standing out against desirable foods!!
Hi everyone! My main problem is withstanding the foods I love to eat. I can't stop myself, I ignore all my efforts to lose weight when ı wannna eat them. So, my efforts like exercises,restrictions for just 5 days, etc come to naught. Which ways do you use to limit your eating? I really need help about it.
