Im finding points are easier then calories, i was weighing everything when on MFP but i don't have to use the scales as much on WW. Im not over eating and im only eating healthy foods, salads for lunch, stir frys for tea, ect. I just found it really time consuming entering everything in.I have a diary where i track my food…

Im in! I have been off the wagon for about 3 weeks and im feeling uncomfortable in my clothes again!! Will weight myself tomorrow and fill out what you need from me!! Ideally i need to lose about 8kg but i would stoked with 3!!

I would still go through a day without eating?...... Oooo i see but i would get to eat at the end of it! Damn it! I will plan next time a lot better!! I read you can have up to 50 calories while on a 24hr fast, is that right? I could kill for a sugar free sweet

I'm the same!!! I went away over the weekend and some how put on weight and it's so depressing. I weighed 64.5kg last week and just jumped on the scale then and was 67kg! Im here, just been a bad few days, not food wise but exercise wise. I have done something to my foot and now cant walk so im not even walking to to work at the moment!! I don't know what to do because i dont want to make the injury worse and have to have surgery! Food wise i have been great! I DID SAY TO MYSELF NO SUGAR…

Im on my first fast day, doing 24 hours so 8am til 8am tomorrow. Im hungry now, its 3:30pm. Im at work so thats fine but come 5pm i will be on my way home and that when i binge eat. Any tips on how to overcome this?

Any one on here do the 24hour fast 1 day a week? I am wanting to start this and just want to know what to expect for the 24 hours i wont be eating. Will i lose weight or put it on from bloating? Is it just water to be consumed int he 24 hours? It's only 24 hours so it cant be that hard, just have to keep myself busy. Help…

NOT been a good week for me...... infact its depressing!! Monday weigh day said 64.1kg's,was sooooo happy. Had a few bad days emotionally and ate the food that goes with it. Saturday (today) the scales screamed 66.1!! how is it possible to put 2kgs on in less than a week????? I have decided to do a starve for the next 24…

Didnt even think of getting an android app for it, will have to look into it. Im only doing half day so i will be going home shortly to start week 2 on C25k, skipping the first week as i have already done it. let me know when you are better and starting :smile:

Honestly, i start with sugar free lollies or sugar free jelly and if they dont work i get bad food, not as much as i normally would and count it as a bad day. We are allowed treats and i think if we cut everything out without treating, thats where the bingeing starts..... I have tried cold turkey, just made me have more…

Had a bad night yesterday, was doing really well and then we went to the movies..... even with a workout i was on the calories. Soooooooooo how does this sound............... 30 mins cardio 20 mins weights, 3 days a week and then just 50 mins cardio on the non rest days?

I have not worked out today but ave been told to cut down how many days and and the time i do because when i come to a plateau, i will be screwed.
