My goal is just to get back in the swing of things. I want to start focusing on my meeting my calorie goal each day and hopefully get in at least a few workouts this week.

I'm Heather, I'm 29 years old and live in Pittsburgh. I have a 3.5 year old and a 4 month old, both boys. It took me close to 3 years to start losing the baby weight after my first son, and I'm determined not to wait that long this time around. I only gained 17 lbs this pregnancy and about a week postpartum I was only 2…

Agreed. Any normal daily activities should be factored into your "activity level" rather than logged as calories burned.

My original goal was to by down 15 lbs by April 3, which is my birthday. However looking further down the road, I would like to be down a total of 20-25 lbs by June and toned enough to be confident in a bikini =)

Think I'll give this a shot. I'm starting the C25K program this month so it should be fairly easy to get the miles in on the treadmill. =)

I was the same way.... gotta have my coffee in the morning but hate giving up all those calories!!! I started drinking mine black with 2 sweet n' lows and it takes away the bitterness. Obviously not as good as the creamer, but at least I get my coffee without the added calories!

Anyone can feel free to add me! I started back as of the first of the year =)

Was losing weight while on here last summer..... down about 15lbs and then my hubby lost his job and financial trouble set in. The stress of it all completely got to me and I stopped watching my calories and put most of it back on. This year I've decided that I need to stop letting everything else take precedent over my…

Feel free to add me! I'm 27 and live in Pittsburgh. I love having friends on here to talk with and keep each other motivated!

I like to make mine on the foreman grill and coat it in fat free italian or raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Or sometimes I like to put a little bit of soy sauce on it too. There's not a lot of calories in it, but the sodium is really high so I don't do it often.

Feel free to add me! I'm on daily, and it's definitely so much nicer having support from people that are as motivated as you!

What a great surprise!!!!! Better go out and get a new scale though since yours likes to lie  My scale is wonky as well.... depending on where I set it in my bathroom, I can get up to 8 different readings lol

Hunger Games.... I know everyone loves the movie and the books, but I watched the movie without ever having read the trilogy and I literally sat there thinking "WTF am I watching??" I mean seriously, who comes up with a storyline where a society makes a group of teenagers fight to the death? And then they watch it on TV…

check out the restaurant's websites and see what sounds good. i think a few if not all of them even have a "weight watchers" section on their menu. then, you can always find nutritional info on the meals somewhere online if they don't already post it on the restaurant site. i have an app on my phone that gives me calorie…

looking great already!!! keep up the great work!!

I'm in the same boat you are. I was stuck at 170 for forever..... I would go down to around 167 but then the next time I got on the scale it was back up to 170-171. I started drinking water like a champ and it is helping flush out a lot of the excess water weight. I agree with the others.... drinks LOTS and LOTS of water…

When I was graduating highschool/starting college, I felt the same way you did. I was 5'2" and around 125lbs, and I was disgusted with how I looked. Now, after having a baby and sitting at 170lbs for over a year I WISH I was back to my college weight. Looking back, I can't believe I thought that my weight back then wasn't…

People are so rude. It actually amazes me how many people assume women are pregnant. When I was carrying my son, sooo many people asked me about it early on when I was barely showing and I kept thinking "what if I wasn't pregnant?" I wouldn't even think to ask someone if I wasn't sure. Let your fury fuel your motivation.…

I'm 27! Feel free to add me... I'm looking for some supportive friends as well :)

Feel free to add me! I'm just starting out, and I could use all the motivation I could get! It's definitely easier to stay on track with friends to help :)

I go to Galaxy Fitness and its $20/mo for use of all the gym equipment, unlimited group fitness classes, and unlimited tanning... best deal I've found by far! I'm a Zumba girl, so even if I don't go to use the gym equip, being able to hit up approx 20 classes each month for $20 is a steal!!
