OP stands for Original Poster. Stats are your height, weight, age. I think at your weight the 700 is a good enough estimate.

There are lots of calculators out that that can give you an average burn. In general MFP tends to overestimate calories burned. I used to not be too hungry in the mornings until i started eating reasonable dinner portions. Once I got my dinner portions under control and normal, I was always hungry in the morning. Are you having problems with night binges? That being said, do what works best for you.

I still don't think that is enough with the amount that you are exercising. How is your menstral cycle (only if you are off bc pills since those regulate your hormones for you) It could be an allergy though to cause the bloating.

Is your diary accurate? If so, please get yourself to a nutritionist/doctor. You should NOT be eating 600 calories per day and exercising the amount that you are. Your body will revolt against you and you won't meet your goals in any healthy sense.

I usually eat them in the morning before my 5:30 workout, then eat a smallish breakfast when I am done. I have found that I have more energy when I eat them vs when I don't. Yummy flavors so try them all to find the ones you like. Also try them cold and also warmed up in the microwave a bit (like 10 seconds or so).

I know you didn't ask for this, but here it goes. I think you are asking the wrong question. Are you trying to lose weight or be healthy for the rest of your life? You will probably lose weight at the rate you are going, and I don't know what you are doing for exercise, but you need to eat some veggies, lean proteins, etc.

For looking things up I really like the website http://nutritiondata.self.com They have the calories for items uncooked, cooked, with salt, without, and at all different portion sizes. I tend to weigh my food raw and then add all the things i cooked it with separately.

Read the ingredient list. The almonds are roasted in canola and or safflower oil. The extra calories most likely come from there.

Do you want to see your family? If so, go. it is a restaurant. There will be sides and salads. I know many vegetarians that go to steakhouses. Don't make a big production out of your food choice. Are you using being a vegetarian as an excuse to not hang out?
