I disappeared for a while, but am back with Beck. I am also adding new advantages which I didn't do before, I think having specific advantages makes the list more vital than just generalized ones.

I've found my buddy in Christabelle66. Good luck to everyone else looking.

I'm in! I'm 44, 5'4" and 157.2 lbs. My goal is 130 which makes -10 lbs a great step in the right direction.

I'm so glad you found the challenge helpful! I have dropped away the last few days (week). I am not going to continue posting things daily, but have you seen Neila Rey's site? There are allllll kinds of challenges there. Some you can print off a single page and it gives you workouts for the month. I want to do the Core…

I'm skipping this one too! I get enough cardio - it's the bodyweight stuff I want. I did 40 squats and 15 pushups a la Day 1 of the Neila Rey 3000 Squats, 1000 pushups challenge. Tomorrow is the same. I'll probably look to add some different body weight stuff for tomorrow - planks and stuff.

A bit late, but I'm down 2 lbs!

I too would like to join. I'll take any house!

Done! That's week one! Nice work everyone!

It has helped me in a lot of ways, dealing with my stumbling blocks and helping me stay highly motivated. I got it from the library the first time I read it - maybe you might find it…

Show off :) (Just kidding)

Day 5 done! I have to admit I've been switching up the cardio more often than not. I just try to get in the minutes and do m best to replicate the intensity. I get a fair amount of cardio, it's the strength-building stuff I'm interested in as I find it complicated..

I couldn't do more than 5 squats at a time today. My thighs are on fire. Sheesh. Edited to add: My muscles were back to normal by bed time, so I got those squats in after all!

Wall sit and yesterday's lunges. Ouch my thighs!

I think your confusion is about the levels? You choose one level for the duration. I'm level I for example, so yesterday I walked for 30 minutes, did 3 set of 10 each of lunges, squats and climbers. If you think your fitness level is higher, you might choose to be level II or even III and then you will jog or run for 30…
