  • I'm skipping this one too! I get enough cardio - it's the bodyweight stuff I want. I did 40 squats and 15 pushups a la Day 1 of the Neila Rey 3000 Squats, 1000 pushups challenge. Tomorrow is the same. I'll probably look to add some different body weight stuff for tomorrow - planks and stuff.

  • Day 5 done! I have to admit I've been switching up the cardio more often than not. I just try to get in the minutes and do m best to replicate the intensity. I get a fair amount of cardio, it's the strength-building stuff I'm interested in as I find it complicated..

I'm level I for example, so yesterday I walked for 30 minutes, did 3 set of 10 each of lunges, squats and climbers.
