I am 5'4,started at a size 18/20. I weighed about 252-255 then..Now, I weigh 190-193, (I fluctuate alot:) And I wear a 12/14, just depends..I am hoping to get to around 160-170 and wear a 10 or so:) Good luck!!

Yes you do ovulate in the middle of your cycle. But when I actually bleed(sorry) I lose the weight. I just find it so strange.

I have the timex heart rate monitor, got it on sale at best buy for 40..I am guessing your current one does not have a chest strap? That is what you want. It reads your heart rate the whole time you are exercising..

I have had 2 c-sections..and I have about 90 pounds to lose.. I have lost 31:) I am happy to say my lower tummy where it hangs over has gotten smaller...I am sure I will still have a little skin still. But a little is better than alot:smile: Good luck!! sw:252 cw:221 gw:160

A little... I am a hairdresser so i have acsess to good product( aveda) plus i have curly hair so it is naturally drier and brittle...maybe try not washing it to much..how often do u wash it?

Because of my weight I think it is possible...my girlfriend wore a monitor and she burned 850 cal..and she is 135 pounds.. I weigh 85 pounds more than me...so I am guessing it at least 1000... If you have never done it. You have no idea how much you sweat..it pretty intense.

Hi there I also have hypo, been on levothyroxine for a year..my hair just started to get better.. I am thinking it has to do with the vitamin d3 i take... I read that people with hypo have low levels of vitamin D...you can get you level tested for vitamin D.. I take 5000 iu every other day...hope this helps. Do you eat…
