Same here, I lost all my weight with intermittent fasting or eating one meal a day. It's fulfilling and I don't feel guilty and feel les hungry.

I am 5"1 and I started at 74 kgs and now I am 59 kg. I still feel I need to lose 10 kgs more but I am stuck at this weight now. I must confess all this weight I lost was because of diet and walking... Now big of them are not workin . So ideally I need to change both.

I don't eat pasta or bread. But occasionally when I do eat processed white flour bread, I feel similar feeling. I just do fine with brown bread. Does it mean I should get my self tested?

I gained weight due to hormonal issues. I was on medication and that also suppressed my already minimum appetite.

I don't like any of these except nuts. I munch on nuts if I have energy crash (which is rare). I do take fruit because it's easy and quick way plus I already take full fat yogurt. That hardly make 400 calories maximum.

Sorry for hijacking the post. But what would you call a life style that involves standing whole day and ironing the cloths almost 6-9 hrs per day with about 3-6 km average walking.

I am so glad to read this thread. All my life I have been reading about gyms, workout etc. when I finally thought of moving more than usual, easiest option was walking. I work until late evenings, gyms are waste of money no time... Also boring. I walk around 7-10km/day depending on my workload. I am so glad I can see…

I am going as per nutritionist's plan. I can't have any kind of starchy food, reason being I swell next day. My full body swells and I retretain a lot of water. Same is with sodium. So now not even brown bread/brown rice/ potatoes of any kind. Can't eat much fruit too as it has natural sugar in it. My choices are limited…
