.5 cup quick oats, 1 tbs milled flax seed, 1 tbs chopped walnuts, 1 tbs pb2 and a stevia packet. I put it in a coffee mug at work and add some water and microwave for about 1 minute. Very good and filling.

I have been making my own instant oatmeal packets....1/3 cup instant oats, 1 tbs flax seed, 1 tbs chopped walnuts, 1 tbs pb2 and a packet of stevia.
