Absolutely eating healthy... I'm gluten and dairy free for the most part so I eat a lot of salad, quinoa, chicken, etc

High protien and low carbs is going to help you gain muscle, which may seem like gaining weight, because it's heavier than fat, but the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn on a daily basis, and hense you're promoting fat loss.

Relaxation is okay sometimes! Every once and a while if I'm REALLY not feelin' a cardio day, I decide to make it a relaxation day instead. Keeps my mental health up there with my physical health! Just don't do it too often :)

I'm pretty sure that if you don't make it a habit it's probably not a huge deal :) Lately my fat has been a little higher, but I've also done some extra walking so it's balancing out
