Hello! My stats are very similar to yours. Started at 158. Down to 140 with MFP and following jillian Michaels DVD's. Goal weight is 125 - 130.

I'm In. Started Day 1 on May 31st. Will get back on schedule today. Weekends are really busy for me. It is so hard to get motivated to wake up 30 mins early to finish shred in the morning. It is a little hard to do it after work when you are tired.

Hello All, I have already started Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 DVD. 1 week into the program. 20 - 25 mins of a good workout after work. Great going everyone! Keep at it!
