Hi! I am roughly about the same and could do with some motivation as go on holiday at the end of August...I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week and seem to be gaining weight. Whoops...

Hello, I have just joined. More to keep track of what I eat and what exercise I do. I don't want to get into weighing myself (I tend to get addicted!) but I do want to tone up and loose a few pounds before a holiday in August/September. Thanks Carol :)
