To answer some questions:
Q: How to join the challenge?
A: Just post on here you are committing to doing your best and the post back what you have done when completed (before midnight).
Q: How often are these challenges?
A: Monday-Friday (add me as a friend to see them easily in your newsfeed).
Also a common question, how to log these and other challenges?
A: If broken up throughout entire day = strength training, in just a few sets or all at once = calisthenics.0 -
