Im 5'4 and its taking me a total of 10 months all together to lose 75lb being off & on. I started in Jan 2011 by June 2011 I lost 50lbs, but find out I was pregnant & stop logging bc I wanted to just worry about my baby and not logging so much. Started back up in May2012-Sept2012 I lost 33lbs. My calorie intake is 1200…

Great Question, looking forward to the responses for this one. I have a C-section and have been wondering this same thing. Since i've started losing weight my stomach has went down, but im still battling with that lil pouch at the bottom that doesnt seem to budge.

If its a dairy queen around, they have these grill chicken wraps that are cheap and low in calories. I think there 2 for $3 and are 200 in calories for each wrap. I hope this helps you.

Feel free to add me, Im looking forward to losing 30 or even more lbs by then.

I agree. If you cant workout at all without having something in your stomach, grab a fruit. That way it shouldnt take that long to burn through that, and you begin to burn those fat calories quicker as well.
-
This was one of the topics on the Dr. Oz show and he said that you shouldnt eat before a morning workout. Because you will burn fat quicker, when you eat, you have to burn through what you ate first before you begin to burn fat.

This is a follow-up on my question I had before, well turns out my body took a turn for the best. Base on MFP by March 14 I should be 185 and I weighed myself this morning and I was 186. I usually dont weigh myself everyday, but for the past few days I've been losing a lb or 2 a day. Im still saying that im 190, I guess…
-
Checking In, I've lost 1.8lbs. Not much but Im still working very hard at it.
-
LoL!! OMG!
-
Im skeptical about that too. Probably just another scheme to have our mind thinking were doing more so that they can make money off of it.
-
Count me in, my goal is to lose at least 10lbs a month.
-
Thats what I thought too. But some people on here say eat some of the exercise calories back, then other choose not to add their exercise calories to prevent throwing off net goal. I say do whatever works for you, bc our bodies work diff.
-
Thanks for the advice everyone. I will start taking in some of my exercise calories from here out. I havent really had a problem yet, with the way i've been eating but I know soon or later I will run into those stubborn lbs.
