Thursday, 11/9 1. log all food :| Tried to log as best as I could .. we went out to eat at a place where they cook your food in front of you. I had terikyi chicken, but they also give you fried rice, noodles and lots of veggies. So other than the fried rice it was healthy, but I was so hungry I ate most of it. But still..…

Thursday, 11/9 1. log all food 2. concentrate on water 3. mindful eating Super busy day helping hubby cut wood for new speakers. Then, because it was 84, started putting up outside xmas decorations. Its a big job, but I love it, and it helps my spirits.

5 mile walk in today .. started at 7:30. By the time I got home, I was soaking wet because of the heat. But it feels so good to start the day with a nice walk! The rest of the day will be spent in front of my sewing machine :) Hope you all have a great day today. What we do today affects how we will feel tomorrow!

Glad to see you back!!! It is so easy to get off track.. but it helps if hubby is also on board. Since my hubby has a aneurysm.. he also is wanting to lose 10 pounds. Really helps a lot! You can do it .. we both did it before... we know how!! You take good care of yourself .. stress can cause so many health problems.
