I'd like to thank all of you who gave me some great, encouraging advice:) I'm planning on showing her who's boss and not even touching that jar haha And to all of those who made a complete joke about this thread, I wasn't trying to make this out to be some horrendous crime..I just needed to vent. There's no need to make…

I can honestly say I've never eaten any of those foods, with the exception of the Uno's deep dish pizza...

You have to learn to quit comparing yourself to others. We are all different, and we can't all achieve the same things. Track YOUR progress, and strive to be the best YOU that YOU can be.

I have a severe case of the uglies right now:( My self esteem fluctuates like crazy! One day I'm feeling super confident and great about myself, and the next I feel disgusting and just want to drown in some ice cream! I think it's normal for us to be critical of our appearances, and sometimes it's difficult to find the…

I agree with Kathleen. Up your calories intake, and wait to see what happens. You're body is struggling to function on so little calories

Are you kidding me? It depends on how fast you're going/if you have an incline. I'd suggest buying a hrm and figuring it out for yourself

It's just super annoying that I know for a fact she doesn't like it, and probably won't eat it. I don't plan on eating it, but knowing it's there is just taunting me:(

You beat me to it!!

I tried to incorporate some form of cardio along with the shred. Some days that was tae bo, some days it was tennis, and some it was a run!

Old Navy right?! Tried that one a couple weeks ago:) You look way more awesome in it than I did lol congrats!

Serving size and amount per serving are the same thing. They just tell you about how much you should be eating, and what the contents of one serving are (total calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc.) and the servings per container tells you how many servings are made/available.

Jamaican, New Zealand, and southern accents = There's really no accent in particular that I don't like!

I can basically resist everything with once exception....corn tortilla chips. Don't even ask why! Haha

A combination of cardio and strength training will help you to tone up your "problem areas".

MFP has you set at a deficit already, so when you burn calories, you create an even larger deficit. What a lot people don't understand is that by eating back your exercise calories, you're just getting back to your original DEFICIT. Eat them if you're hungry, but if you're not, then don't. You can always "save" them for…

I'm going through the exact same thing right now. My weight fluctuates about 3 pounds, and I just can't seem to lose anymore. I started increasing my calories, but I know I'm probably eating too much now (before I wasn't eating enough). I totally sympathize with you, because I'm really close to my goal, and sometimes I…

I'm game for 7!

Do you eat back your exercise calories?

Peanut butter and corn tortilla chips. When it comes to those, there is no such thing as moderation for me

I can't believe how rude kids can be sometimes! That's a terrible comment that she made, but your outlook is truly inspirational! I hope some day soon I'll be able to think like you do:flowerforyou:

My macros are set at 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat

I ate at 1200 for about 3 months, and then slowly increased my calories to maintenance(2000 calories). I've been in maintenance for 2 months with no problems. I know for a fact that I won't have to start over EDIT: I also happened to lose 25 pounds

You guys don't even know how badly I wanted that baby to come out white:laugh:

Your abs are so sore you need help getting out of bed:laugh:

Chips and salsa! Both have lots of sodium:)

I started on the 18th of January, and lost the most weight in the first 2-3 months. The closer I got to my goal, the slower the weight came off, but I also started incorporating strength training within the last month or two, so while I wasn't losing pounds, I WAS losing inches:)

You don't HAVE to do anything about them. If you're hungry, eat. If not, go to bed.

Bump for motivation!

I would recommend eating at TDEE-15% or 20% EDIT: 1200 would only be enough to fuel your body if you were a 4'11" female!
