I am going to try something different for these last 20-30 lbs. Medifast worked great for the first 50 - but I keep getting stuck and then go off program becauase I am so frustrated. So I am going to change things up. If it doesn't work - I can always go back on...:smile:

I fell off on Easter and am up like 3 lbs. But I am ok with it. It will come back off. I am also going to switch things up and use the Wonderslim plan. I need fruit and it allows it. If I can eat fruit and a small carb & have a dairy product a day - I know I can lose these last 30 lbs. ;-).....

I made lasagna using spaghetti squash and I have friends who make spaghetti using spaghetti squash. It was ok - but being Italian I could tell the difference.

I am not but I think I read some place that is originally how medifast was used. It has evolved to bars, puffs etc over time.

I love my fitbit too. I would highly reccomend it to others.

I did great at the choolate tasting - I was too busy to buy any goodies to go or taste anything but I am up two lbs today. It must have been the chicken fajita salad I had last night. It had no dressing but must have had tons of Sodium in it. But I am still down 3 lbs in 6 days and I have been exercising more than I should…

I was on plan too. My downfall was a business trip where my table drank 2 bottles of wine & they ordered us all dessert.....So now I'm up 4 lbs from the sodium but back on plan today.....

How many of you still drink coffee? I have one - two cups a day with sweetner not sugar and sugar-free creamer...And I am wondering if this is slowing me down????

I have mine set on custom to 1000 calories; 30% carbs; 45% protein; and 25% fat and it seems to work for me. But I don't always lose 2-5 lbs a week either - but then again I don't always follow it 100%. Life just gets in the way.

I have a hard time wanting to exercise too. I am super busy. For me to work out - I have to get up early and get it in early. When I get home from work - I am tired. And right now I can't exercise because I sprained my ankle/Foot and am on crutches for at least another week. UGH!!!! What I do about food is this and it…

Just heard back from my health coach and she said although I am staying on program if I cut my carbs to between 80 & 90 per day and eat a little more protein - I'll lose faster....Just thought I would share in case some of you are losing slowly too.

As for the excercise - I have excercised the whole way but if I do a hard excercise day or a lot in a week - I gain. I know its just water in my muscles but it is a gain. I was told by my health coach - light to moderate excercise - a 30 minute walk a few times a week is optimal in the beginning

My favorite is the brownie with one TBSP of peanut butter melted on top. I only cook it for 50 seconds - mix it and it is gooey. I make the Chocolate chip pancakes into waffles and freeze and then pop in the toaster oven to heat. My favorite bar is the chocolate chip mint.

I have been doing it since the July 13th - with great success. So has my husband - we have lost 62.5 combined in 9 weeks. The food is pretty good. But I would be willing to trade some vanilla pudding & strawberry shakes 70 - if anyone wants to trade - not my favorites. Just let me know and we can figure it out....
