  • This morning was my weigh in for week 2 and for week 2 I lost 1.1 lbs :) Last week I gained weight but this week I lost weight! :) I have been working out for 2 weeks straight to the 21 day fix. I have also been horseback riding twice a week and going to cheerleading and gymnastics once a week! :)

  • I weighed in! I gained 2 lbs this week :( I was eating really unhealthy all last week because I don't feel goodit makes me turn to food. But even though i'm still not feeling good today starting today I am only eating healthy foods again and working out everyday for at least 30 mins a day for the rest of this challenge! :)

  • I started a new round of the 21 day fix on Dec. 1st! So far I've done Total Body Cardio Fix, Upper Fix, Lower Fix and today I am doing Pilates Fix! I will post after I am done doing it! :)
  • I volunteer at the horse barn that I ride at. I do barn chores while I am there. I also do gymnastics for 1 hour every Sunday and I also do cheerleading right after I am done with gymnastics for 1 hour on Sundays! I don't start back up horseback riding again until January!!

  • I just finished yoga fix! :) My arms were shaking during the downward dogs! Yoga fix was harder than I remembered it being but I finished the whole workout! :)

  • Hi! I am currently doing the 21 day fix program! I go horseback riding 2 times a week. I go to gymnastics for 1 hour and then cheerleading for 1 hour every Sunday. I volunteer at the horse barn that I ride at once a week! :) Right now I weigh 168.7 lbs and my goal for right now is I want to lose 18.7 lbs! :)
  • Yesterday I rode horses for 1 hour! But I didn't workout to a 21 day fix video. I just finished cardio fix! Wow! That was a hard workout! I am sweating! :) I drank 1 and a half water bottles today during my workout! :)
