Amazing work!!!

Here is the 5:2 message board link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/7953-5-2-fasting . You'll probably get a better response on there. I've been doing 5:2 since March but haven't incorporated lifting yet. I also like to fast consecutively. The fast days can truly be any day you want.

144 days and counting!

Great work!

I'm active on MFP.

Good post, not as vicious as some other fasting posts I've read. I've been doing 5:2 Intermittent Fasting since March. I've lost 35 lbs, not to mention gaining lots of energy and helping to curb my eating on non-fast days. I won't repeat what others have said about the diet but I will reiterate that you should do your…

He also called him a nigg... That's how these kids talk now. Doesn't mean he was racist against Zimmerman.

Thank you REC! If black people rioted every time we heard a bad verdict, it would look like Syria around here. Black riots haven't happened in over 20 years. If Zimmerman gets off, it just shows that another citizen has the power to shoot a kid (yes, he is a kid, no matter the size!) because of a stereotype or preconceived…

I've been keeping up on the news, trial, and commentary, and there was no way to avoid ignorant people from going negative on this post. I always discouraged to see the blatant racism that still exists. Off my pedestal and on to my actual point. We are 20 years past the riots after Rodney King! I just don't think that is…

Definitely trying this!

I use 2 tbls of Kraft Fat Free Italian or Zesty Italian (15 cals) and 2 tbls of Kinkoman Rice Vvinegar (0 cals). Taste great and a really good amount. Half of each would probably be more than enough too.

I am shocked that so many people have said that it is accurate. It has never been accurate for me. I eat at my set cal's or lower everyday. I always thought it was just there for show. :-)

Great work!!

Thanks!

What is the 5 day pouch test?

Same boat here and the reason I joined MFP. Had surgery in 2005 at 296lbs, lost 130, down to 165 for a minute (like someone else said). Gained back about 10lbs and maintained at 175 for about 5-6 years, even after 2 kids. In the last 2 years, I put back on 55 more lbs. So here I am, trying to regain control before I gain…

Having to manual sync a lot of the time and the following: - the scan feature is running slow. Most times it takes about 1 minute to pull up the item. - the age is missing on people's profiles. (This may be just on the website.) - Sometimes the app kicks me out and makes me sign back in and takes about 1 minute to pull up…

Working much better than the last version. Not crashing as often. I have noticed a few things: - the scan feature is running slow. Most times it takes about 1 minute to pull up the item. - the age is missing on people's profiles. (This may be just on the website.) - Sometimes the app makes me sign back in and takes about 1…

Sent you a friend request with a message. Best of luck.

This post is from a few months back but I wanted to reply any way. I had RNY in 2005, lost 130lbs, got married, had 2 kids, then gained back 55lbs. I was about 236 when I joined MFP in March. Lost 20lbs on the 5:2 Diet, so this plan has been working for me so far. I would love to get back down to 175. I'll be sending you…

Hi. Sending a friend request. My dairy is open to MFP friends.

Couldn't log in through the 2.7 app over the weekend. Using Galaxy S3.
-
When I updated the app on my Samsung Galaxy S3, all my settings remained the same. Then I updated the app on my Toshiba Excite tablet, it changed my daily calories settings and when I tried to redo them using MFP to calculate it, it wouldn't work. I had to manually set everything.

- A couple issues with crashing while searching for food to enter. I believe it's ties mostly to when I key-enter too quickly, the app freezes, then crashed. - Sometimes when I go on to the app, it starts out in the search mode and I have to back out to get to the main menu or today's dairy. My 5 year old daughter hasn't gotten cavities yet, but she has a discoloration in her teeth that the dentist doesn't know what it is or how she got it. She also will need braces and has jagged ends to her teeth. Another thing the dentist doesn't understand why her teeth are that way. Her baby teeth looked perfect, but her…

A lot of our stories is the same. I'm 8 years post-op and working now to get off the weight I put back on. What happened with your children's teeth? My daughter is having some teeth issues (5 years old).
