I include my aerobic treadmill points but not my points from weight lifting or if I also walk outside that day. I would probably gain also if I ate all my points all the time.

I didn't start losing until I ate enough calories! Thought I was eating enough until I started recording. Anyway, add in some extra exercise, too.

Take measurements. Measure you waist, hips, thighs. You should notice a difference. Wow! 20lbs is wonderful! Keep going!
