I'm 5'5" and on 1st January was 203lbs. Today I'm 186 and would like to get to 154. I aim to eat 1500 but often go over by 100 or so. Being from the UK I can't even comprehend putting sugar or marshmallows on sweet potato. It sound so odd, when you roast them in a little oil they are so naturally sweet they don't need extra sugar! But then as I've never tasted them done that way I could be missing something delicious...

Using up bits roast dinner as I decided not to food shop today. Chicken, stuffing balls, roast parsnips, roast sweet potato, carrots, peas and gravy.

I think easily 2500-3000 or more. My portion sizes were way too big and I'd have extras like sauce or cheese when I really didn't need it! Plus I'd always have some sort of biscuit or chocolate after a meal. I'm definitely still capable of eating large amounts but fortunately I don't actually want to as much at the moment.…

I'm in the UK and I generally have semi-skimmed (2%), I sometimes get 1% as some supermarkets have started doing this but can't stand skimmed milk (too watery) or full fat milk (too creamy). When I was a kid we used to gave full fat milk delivered in glass bottles and my mum used to love the cream off the top on her cereal.

Don't worry if you are eating right and exercising you haven't gained 4lb of fat. I weighed 187.8 sunday, 192.4 Monday and today I'm 188.4. Your weight can fluctuate day to day by several pounds due to water retention and hormonal changes. If overall the trend is downwards you are losing.

I just ordered some weights to use at home. Been umming and arring about it for weeks as I got a £100 Amazon voucher from work. So I've gone for some dumbbells which go up to 25kg each, 50kg in total. Now just gotta make sure I use them! Eek.

I didn't go to my usual hour long exercise class this morning, and then I went shopping and ate a five guys cheeseburger and half a 'little' portion of fries. I figure I did a lot of walking while I shopped, and it was delicious. :)

Ok so it's not unexpected but today my size 16 (UK) 'skinny' jeans officially became not skinny on me. They looked baggy :)
