Definitely Brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Just plain old boiled! Yum.

I prep mine the night before and generally take chopped up carrot, cucumber and celery to nibble on, plus crackers and Philadelphia. Tomorrow I have some mini chicken satay as well, plus a banana and some Greek yoghurt. I'm a grazer so I like to have lots of bits.

I don't think I really had symptoms other than I was always tired. But I put that down to work etc. When I was diagnosed as hypothyroid I'd actually gone to the GP because I had unquenchable thirst. They tested me for diabetes and loads of other things and it turned out I had an under active thyroid and B12 deficiency. I…

I do outdoor bootcamp, kettlebell and HIIT classes, no two classes are ever the same so its impossible to get bored with it. Plus it's with a great group of people which makes it fun at the same time as being really hard work! I agree its all about finding something you enjoy to prevent boredom. I've tried waking,…

You can get the sane info on the app, if you click nutrition on your diary, then you get the daily pie chart and under it it says daily/weekly. Click weekly and you can get that 7 day calorie chart. You can pick that date range too.

Usually once a week on a Sunday or Monday morning. But at the moment on Wednesday mornings at work as well as a group of my work mates and me are tracking our weight together. I only tend to log the weight from my scales on here though, not the work ones.

The New Covent garden ones are really good, fresh and they sell them in most supermarkets.

I love my kettlebell class, I do it once a week. Currently using a 12kg bell but I still have to use a lighter one sometimes for things like snatches, halos and clean & press. I clean my 12kg fine but getting it above my head is another thing all together!

I was diagnosed last year and just had my first blood test come back as normal so looks like I'll be sticking to 100mcg per day of Levothyroxine for now. I'm nearly 10lbs down since the start of January so it can be done. Edited to add - I haven't cut out any foods either. Just counting calories and getting 2.5 hours of…

Yup I'm getting the same.

I love Indian food, I could definitely eat curry every day!

I have to have them because I have a B12 deficiency and I don't absorb it from food. If you don't have a deficiency you can get all the B12 you need from things like meat, eggs, dairy and marmite. I'm not sure what you think a injection of B12 will do for you as its not a miracle cure or shortcut for anything, if it was…

One pizza might be £1 but that's one meal. A £1 bag of frozen veg would do many more meals than that and asda's fresh veg is cheap as well. You can get a head of broccoli for 49p, a cabbage for 58p etc. A 500g pack of mince is £1.99. They do a 500g bag of pasta for 29p, and tinned tomatoes for 31p. You are busy pizza…

I ate a big fat cream filled chocolate eclair tonight. I should have said no but I couldnt!

I have hypothyroidism too but I eat all those things! Can't say I notice they affect me, and the Dr hasn't said anything about avoiding any foods?
-
Yup, I pre-log. In fact I've got the next 6 days logged already. I find it easier that way and I can also work out if I can fit extra snacks in if I'm hungry etc.

Scrambled or poached, I'm not a massive fan of egg white on its own so with the poached I mash it all up. To me I still find it odd that people would eat only the whites of eggs, but I think that's also because most people I know (UK) eat the whole egg. It's rare to hear if anyone eating the white only. I find the concept…

Saturday 'boot camp' class, 60 mins of burpees, squats, jumping jacks etc and boxing drills. Fun but freezing cold!
-
I only had 8 calories left but just ate a chocolate biscuit that was 131. Having a really hungry day today :(
-
Cous cous is good, you only need boiling water so if you have a kettle you can cook it. You can eat it hot or cold.
-
Banana and strawberry porridge plus a slice of seeded wholemeal toast. And tea, lots of tea!

I'm another one who doesn't wash my workout clothes after each use, I often wear the same top to more than one class. I workout outdoors so at the moment am wearing multiple layers of sports bra, vest, long sleeved too and hoody. I only wear the vest once but the other bits tend to get washed once a week (only got to 3…

A good option is to have something like chicken tikka (dry tandoori stuff) with a veggie side dish and chapatis instead of naan. Still tasty and much better calories wise than a full on.curry and rice.
-
Personally I'd go for the massaman curry as that is my favourite Thai dish but as you don't like coconut that's no good! Beef rendang is also delicious.
-
I love a double sausage and egg mcmuffin (UK). 565 calories of deliciousness. I'm just glad there isn't one particularly nearby unless I park up and go into town, and that they stop serving breakfast at 10.30am so I only have one very occasionally.

I had a day out in London yesterday and ate bbq food, mac and cheese, gin and tonic and cocktails. I can't accurately log it all but I've put in a good estimate, which means I ate double my daily allowance. I'm in the camp where I think you should just log it and move on, I kind of feel like if I don't log it I am trying…

This was my dinner last night with fries and some mac and cheese on the side too. I went completely over my goal last night as I also drank many G&T's but it was so worth it!

I have hypothyroid and a vitamin B12 deficiency. I'm on 100mcg of Levothyroxine a day and getting B12 injections every 3 months. I've been back on this since the 4th Jan after gaining a shed load of weight, but have managed to lose 6lbs since. I think it is harder with hypothyroidism, and both my Dr and my Dentist (she has…

I have sugar free jelly (I'm in the UK so jello to you US folk), it's only about 6 cals a pot and definitely helps my sweet tooth.

I do outdoor classes with a fantastic group of people, we work out outside all year round. We do lots of different things such as kettlebells, 20:20:20 (cardio, strength, core), boxing, and circuits using weights, vprs, or our own body weight. No class is the same and it's the only thing I've ever stuck at!
