Hi Everyone! I'm also looking to lose similar amount of weight. I'm a bit fed up now being the hilarious 'fat' friend plus also sounded like a COPD patient when I got back from my first run this evening. SCARY! NO cake, NO chocolate, NO to starving all day then binging when I get home after a 15 hour day. LETS DO THIS!

I'm with Stef on this one.... Has your menstrual cycle ever stopped you doing anything else? Going to work/school/out with friends/partying the night away? Probably not. Exercise is just as important and should be included to your normal activities of daily living just like all the others... Tampax in, man up :)

I also do long days - usually 0500 - 2300. I know....I should be sleeping more! Besides the point, I find it easy personally. I'm fairly new to juicing too! My fave so far is (keeping it simple) 2 Carrot, 1/4 inch Ginger and 2 Apple. Yum! My taste-buds don't like all the green stuff yet...perhaps one day. I'll just stick to popping them in salads :)
