Day 2...Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Oh my dear lord he wasn't joking about the puddle of sweat! That was definitely hardcore...body shaking due to pure shock of what it's been through but the endorphins are pumping and am FEELING GOOD! How did you guys find Day 2...? PS...Woke up this morning and felt the Fit Test I did yesterday!

Day 3...Cardio Power Resistance
Body felt this one...Aching from the previous days and seriously had to talk myself into doing this one at 5am! Personally don't think I worked as hard as I should of, was conscious of waking my neighbors underneath me (1st floor apartment!) whilst doing those Power Jumps! May have to repeat tonight..... Eating at work, not your normal 9-5....
So I have a question.... I love the idea of this eating small meals regularly but how on earth do I tackle this whilst working 13hour shifts with barely an hour in the day to hydrate and feed!? Failing to eat!
I never though ''Im not eating enough'' would enter my head..spesh since being a porker my entire life...but as I work in the hospitals, it's hard enough getting enough time to take a loo break, never mind about food.
