Help!

Ohhhh, I've come to a motivational stand-still and I dont understand why!

So far on my ''little journey'' I'm 1.5stones down with 4 stones to go....and I've come to THE MOST HUMOUNGOUS brick wall in front of my face and don't have the tools to climb it?
Im continuing my running, not giving 100% effort, continuing my eating...with more cheating than I should be allowing myself and dont know how to overcome this SLUMP!

Need help, why do I sabatage my great efforts? Why is this difficult now?
Apologies for being a moany moo, don't understand it yet cant come up with the goods?

Anyone else in this little prediciment or been there? Words of wisdom please follow Xx

    I get like this sometimes!

    For me what helps is to eat at maintenance for a week, take a rest week and then hit it again in a fierce way :flowerforyou:


    Or try a different exercise, make some new recipes, buy a food you've never had before and look into how to make it delicious. Find a new way to reignite your desire!

    Try a new exercise or set a smaller goal to achieve. I am always trying to cut my 1 mile running time or hitting my water intake goal for the week.
