Actually, I eat about 1500-1700 calories per day. I'm a ballerina, and have to maintain a very low body fat percentage. I used to weigh around 105 pounds at 5'7, and I'm just trying to get back there. I'm sorry- I should have included more information.

I'm new too! Similar situation, I gained about 20 pounds out of the blue and am trying to get them off again. I'm a little nervous that I won't lose the weight, but I'm pretty hopeful/confident about my outlook. Good luck!

I'm 5ft 8 and at 123 pounds, trying to get to 105-ish by late September. (I do ballet, so I have to be pretty thin) I just started this program yesterday, and I'm super excited! Good luck, everyone!
