pros and cons of eating vegan?
I'm trying to eat vegan, at least for most of the day. I'm finding it difficult to get protein into my diet, and with all the fruit I've been eating, my sugar levels on MFP are very high. I thought veganism was supposed to be super healthy, but I keep on going over on my carbs and sugar. But I'm way under for my calorie…

snacking less :)
I recently realized a pretty interesting phenomenon that I definitely wasn't expecting AT ALL. Normally, when I get home (around 3-ish), I eat a ton of snack foods. But I've been on MFP for about a week, and all of a sudden I'm snacking so much less! It's actually sooo cool. :) Anyone else experiencing this?

why isn't it working???!!!
I am 5'7 and weigh about 123 pounds. I'm trying to lose about 20 of those pounds. Been on this diet for about a week, and at my current eating/burning rate I should have lost about 2 pounds by now.
