A sugar is a sugar. Period. The only difference between "sugars" are complex and simple. All carbs enter the blood stream as sugars but complex ones enter at a much slower rate. There is no difference so chose which ever you would rather prefer.

I love Butterball and Jenny-O turkey burgers! I usually cook them up on a skillet with pan spray and throw them in a whole wheat bun. All the fixing's just like a regular burger. The spices vary. I love BBQ seasoning, Steakhouse Onion Burger seasoning and Roasted Garlic and Bell Pepper seasoning.

I too am a binge eater. I have absolute control over it now-a-days =) years ago I could put down 6-10k calories in a day!

I did it for years. It worked very well for me to get where I am at now. Since I've done most of the leg-work with my physique I can now be a more flexible with the foods I eat.
