I finished the 90 days of ChaLean Extreme, and wanted to try something different so I chose Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. I did that for a month and was not happy with any results I got. NOT NEAR what I got with CLE so I scrapped JM's and started CLE all over again.

Not sad, my 7,6, and 2 year old boys are my workout buddies. Sometimes I even use them as my weights, when they get on my back for push ups

Oh yes, I have ice cream with my family once every few weeks when we go to the city! Just work it in to your calories and macros for the day and you'll be fine. The occasional treat is good for you, when you don't deprive yourself it's easier to stay on track!

I still eat chips I just weigh mine and have 1/4 to 1/2 the serving on the bag. I don't have them often but as a treat! I have switched to popcorn you can eat 10 cups popped for 150 calories that's ALOT of popcorn!.

I log all of mine, I have a huge house and 3 little boys it takes alot of energy to keep this clean. I also log any general walking! It is all calories burned. I never eat back my excerise calories anyway so I just like to see my burn per day! I have a mild form of CP so my body burns a more than the average person, so…

I am in! I bike on my stationary, 4 times per week, plus my other workouts! I do 8 miles every time I ride!

Ok I eat 1200 calories per day! Which is more than what I got on the biggest loser diet 1050! I feel fine on 1200 it's all in what you choose to eat for those 1200 calories. You can actually eat alot of food for 1200 calories if you choose the right types.:)
