I have about 2-3 days of those a month right before my TOM unfortuneately...I just try foccus on MFP calorie counts, look back at my progress, and tell myself to keep strong...but honestly, I can't pass up chocolate at all! I heard that most cravings only last a 10 mins or so, so you should call a friend and talk or do…

Thanks for everyone's answers : ) I might try to cut my calories by 100 a day and see if that changes things up a bit...I am close to my goal, so I know it's gonna get a little tougher now.

undiesand bra from VC around the house : ) Skimpy shorts and sports bra to work out in...anything that makes me look at my body and see what I like and what I want to improve on

oh lord...could take me a while to be able to do that. Thank you all for your help : D

I tend to eat pasta a lot actually, lol...and haven't started putting strength training into my routine...just doing cardio at the moment (mainly b/c my weights are in the garage and it's f'n cold out there)

I actually have a guy friend who is beginning that program...He has a friend who is a professor that teaches nutrition who was very successful with it.

I just started it on the Kinect...I love it. It makes me want to join a class actually : ) Like the wii coment, it doesn't pick up every single move, but the routines are fun.

: ) I'm glad you feel great! That's awesome! I'm starting to feel better with just my 6 lb loss, can't wait to loose more!

I was on Depo Provera for a year and a half...My family seemed to think it made me moody (I think they were making me moody..LOL) You don't have a period at all when you're on it. It's effective the day you get it, and you only need it every 3 months. It is an injection into large muscle (usually your butt I guess, but my…

I took weight concious one a day vitamins and they seemed to work well for me...they just have green tea and cranberry to help boost metabolism...but make sure to take them with a meal, or they will make you sick : P

I usually only have pop with lunch if I'm at work (I work in a mall, so it's always around)...When I'm at home, I just don't buy it. I use mix packets in water (crystal light), or drink juice or plain water. The only time I can't stand drinking plain water is with food, ew. lol!

I'm hoping to get back to a 7-8 in pants...I'm pretty much there, but would like to loose a little more...if I got down to a 6 in jeans I wouldn't know what to do with myself! haha, that'd be awesome!

Because you have a high gaol, loosing weight at first will be faster. I am loosing 1-2lbs a week, which is what my goal was when I started here...sounds like you are on the right track with that. If you feel sore or really tired from working out too much, you may need a break. You should always have "rest days" in between…

You do awesome! You're very dedicated, and an inspiration! Don't get yourself down if you don't reach your weight goal, it is very likely that you have gained muscle from your workouts and that weighs more than that fat you're telling to go away! Inches and clothes are a better way to measure your progress, and it seems…

working out makes you feel good. it releases endorphins that make you feel happy and energized...so it is sorta addictive : ) I suppose all things with moderation are good. As long as you don't do it to the point that it becomes unhealthy, there certainly are worse things to be addicted to!

that's awesome : )

green tea is an anti-oxidant and does help boost your metabolism a bit...I took weight-concious vitamins that contained green tea for a while...my fav is Lipton diet green tea with citrus...I did see that v8 now has a v8 fusion green tea line with rhaspberry, pomegranate or pineapple flavors that I might try soon : )

That's awesome! congrats!

My husband and i are not not trying...lol! But I definately want to get in better shape before I concieve, because I know it will be easier to get back in shape after that way.

I waited a few days the first time, I was just too anxious to see, lol! But now I weigh myself every sunday or monday. I've had a 1-2 pound drop most of my weigh-ins and two where I gained back a bit and then stayed the same...Every pound you loose is closer to your goal, I'm always excited to post and look at my little…

LOL awesome, especially the last one...hahaha good stuff ; )

I've had these also. Rest them for a while, stretch...and...work the opposite muscles. The reason it is painful is because you are working your calf muscle more than the muscles that would pull against it...one friend of mine takes paint cans, puts the handle over her toe and then lifts them with just her toes.

I wear new balance when I work out...but really any running or cross training shoe would probably work : )

I want to look good~for my husband, dancing with my friends, wearing a bikini I want to boost my self-esteem I want to be healthy (esp. b/c I want to get pregnant soon, and getting back to pre-pregnancy weight is easier if you're in shape to begin with) I love the way I feel when I'm working out regularly and eating…

I take a multi-vitamin. It does help fill in some of my missing vitamins for the day, but the real thing I notice is that I feel better when I take it...I do sometimes go days or even a week and forget to take it (logging it into my diet on here helps me remember now)...and I always feel like I have more energy when I am…

This starts my second week, and already I've had co-workers notice my weight loss! I hope you like this site too! : D

i think as long as you're close it's ok...but missing a lot of calories is probably not a good thing...it's hard to get calories in when you eat healthier! I've had the same problem.

Yoga is awesome. Very calming and good stretching. I do however prefer pilates.
