My husband is awesome! We'll be together 10 years on the 30th of this month, and married 6yrs in August :D He is supportive of my getting in shape, and has dabbled with mfp himself. But he does tell me "I don't care what you do, but you're not allowed to lose your butt!!!" LOL.

I've been taking the GNC Energy vita-packs and I have noticed more energy when I take them and my hair and nails have been growing better also! They do taste gross I'm not gonna lie, LOL. But if you take them with something flavored (and maybe hold your breath) and remember that they will do you good, then it's not tooooo…

don't let a day over calories get you down. They are bound to happen, and it's been proven that splurging now and then is actually better b/c it keeps you from giving up in the long haul. Whenever I'm over calories I just say "I will do better tomorrow" and then try my hardest to stick to it! : D

Just look at those pics! You are doing amazing! Anytime you wanna pic up sweets look at your photos, and see how far you've come. Think of how well you've done and I'm sure you won't sabatage your hard work.

You should see a doctor. You may be anemic...but easy bruising is also a sign of more serious things like leukemia.

my hubby and i love propel zero, vitamin water and sobe water 0...all have 0 calories, are still water, but have TASTE! lol! And they have lots of vitamins too : )

Too thin can be an issue, I have several friends who struggle to gain weight and maintain it...I would say look at your bmi and see where you are. If you're in the healthy range, then you're probably good : )

Honestly I would just do the program through first for a while and see how you feel. If you really feel like you have enough energy and it doesn't burn you out you could always add a little something in here and there.
