i hope this will help me get in my bikini i need to lose 30lbs i do this every summer and then when winter comes i gain my winter coat:tongue:

    I hear that, I'm hoping to loose it and tone up and stay that way! It's a lot of work to get to my goal, I don't wanna have to do it all over again!

    its hard but so worth it in the end my challenge is to keep it off but your looking good keep it up
