Changed to a 0.5lb loss awhile back and I've had some good success, losing between 0.3 and 0.5lb a week. I far prefer this as I get to eat a lot more and it will be far easier for me to transition into maintenance. Good luck! :smile:

Sorry that this happened to you, I know how much it sucks! I would either report it to management or use it as motivation. Just don't let it stop you from doing your thing!! You have every right to be there and I would suggest getting earphones and some really good music :smile:

I like them strong and cuddly. So yes if we have similar interests, he get's my sense of humour and he treats me properly I totally would! Looks draw me in but personality is what keeps me interested :)

We can't really give you advice on calorie intake as you never supplied any stats (weight, height etc) and you never mentioned your goals :) So post that here and people can help you out! I do agree drink more water (if you aren't already drinking enough) and possibly eat more protein and healthy fats? They both help to…

Eat at a calorie deficit and maybe try walking? There are also some awesome stretches (google them) that you can try.... I couldn't afford physio so had to sort it out on my own. Good luck :)
