don't try to lose weight too quick 1 kg a week tops so 8 kg in 2 months is doable. If you do try to lose too fast then you can get demotivate, lose too much muscle, be at risk of developing gall bladder problems. So take it easy and if you find your deficit is too tough then cut to a more sustainable amount. remember 9 cal…

"If you are indeed anorexic and/or afraid to gain a few pounds you need to get off of the internet and get some real life professional help. The end." Definitely wise words

My neck size is down from nearly 18" to 15.5" and sleep apnea has stopped and snoring has stopped although I still use a nasal device to improve my breathing during sleep. well done on the weight loss

I totally agree with SonicDeathMon. I stopped drinking calories esp full fat cola/lemonade. I try to eat 1500 calories a day nett. I make up to a sensible amount with exercise. don't go mad with the exercise and don't go mad with the diet. Extreme diets end up being short term because you will end up feeling ill. In my…

Finished C25K over 6 weeks ago. week 5 was the worst for me when you first start to run constantly for 20 minutes. Have since run 10k dressed as a fairtrade banana for Sport relief and I am doing a 100 mile bike ride for Marie Curie in 2 and a half weeks. My advice would be to ensure you rest between runs and don't worry…

Don't set a silly food target as it will be unachievable and you may not succeed. Aim for 1 to 2 lb a week . Slowly slowly catchy monkey!

Women need more fat then Men to function properly after that it is up to you. I personally find the women bodybuilder look unattractive but toned and healthy is fantastic.
