Take a banana, slice it and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours :smile: You can even add some peanut butter! It's chewy, tastes so sweet and creamy and is only 80cals! :flowerforyou:

None help with weightloss, they just add protein so that you can gain muscle = muscle makes you look slimmer:flowerforyou:

Maybe start planning your meals so you know what you are having, when you feel hungry rather eat veggies or/and fruit than grabing a packet of chips, drink water when you 'think' you're hungry because you could just be thirsty. :drinker:

Before a workout eat breakfast such as oats with any fruit (Banana is the best) that will give you energy for the workout. Afterwards have food that contains carbs + Protein such as chocolate milk or a protein shake or even smoothies! :)
