I am driving myself insane. I love the app and use it a lot and manage to go well in my diet/exercise for about a month. Then I fall off the wagon and just keep over carbing, eating junk and really being bad to myself. I just cannot seem to stop this self destructive behaviour. Any ideas??

Maybe start planning your meals so you know what you are having, when you feel hungry rather eat veggies or/and fruit than grabing a packet of chips, drink water when you 'think' you're hungry because you could just be thirsty. :drinker:0

Try to forgive yourself and remember why you started this journey in the first place. I've fallen off the wagon more times than I like to remember, and being mad at yourself only makes it harder to get back to it. I have to really forgive my bad behavior before I can move forward. You can't change anything you've done, you can only start from now. The main thing is to get your motivation back.
Also make sure your goals are realistic. Don't set yourself up for failure by trying to do too much too soon.
Hope that's helpful0 -
Do you keep a diary or anything? Might be worth it to see if you can identify any triggers that make you fall off the wagon - is it your way of dealing with stress or boredom for example. If you can identify WHY it is the start to being able to work out how to manage it. Good luck0

Maria, you are describing me. I eat well and exercise for a while, fall off the wagon and have the hardest time to get back on it. I eat when I'm sad or bored or just trying to stay awake and watch TV.
I recommend you read this: IT STARTS WITH FOOD.... the book is totally worth the money, and it will explain why you're binding and how to fix it. I've been binge free, feel great, sleep better! Good luck.0 -
This happens to me every Saturday and Sunday lol I just get back on it on Monday ^_^0
