Asparagas or any kind of squash....a little olive oil, garlic and black pepper. Very yummy and you can eat a lot of it :-)

I tried to pick a goal weight that was realistic for me to achieve and if I can hit it then maybe i'll try to lose a little bit more. Good luck on your journey.
