Nny, you asked a question and got an answer. What's to delete an account over that? Can't always get the answer you want I guess. That's not what this site is about so maybe there is another that will be better for you. Good Luck!

X-WW here too! WW worked for me until I hit lifetime and maintenance. They don't really have a support system in place. Their main focus appears to be weight loss. That's why I love MFP. It's support regardless of what stage of health you are in. Loss, Maintenance or Gain. There is a group, a board, or friends that are…

Old label, new label, I will adapt to whatever label they put on the package. I think we all will......here..... WE all look at the labels because we care. The ones that really need the label clearly stated and easy to read are the ones that wont read it anyway but need to....

They don't smell great when you open the package but that goes away when you rinse and cook them!

Keep in mind that you may be toned under any excess weight you may carry around your middle. Everybody carries their excess in different ways. It seems that stomach muscles don't appear until your body fat gets to a certain level. Just keep doing those crunches and core exercises, it WILL payoff!! You can build up certain…

you can see recent, frequent, and recipes on the add food screen.

Not sure what is romano pepper is. Poblano's are long and green but have lots of room inside to stuff. No spicy once cooked. I wouldn't call them thin.

THIS!! :)

Remember, no flour doesn't mean Gluten Free. The oats are not GF. Great recipe! Very yummy!!

Our Starbucks advertises their Skinny Peppermint Mocha no whip as 100 calories, but I've seen it advertised elsewhere as 130 calories. Yours is so close that worth saving a few bucks :) Thanks for the recipe. I've used sugar free hershey's syrup with Pepppermint extract before. Very yummy. Orange extract with hershey's…

Both are GF. Both make several servings but the corn recipe freezes well. Just cut into portions prior to freezing. The poblanos are great to freeze as well. Just freeze one or two halves per bag for an easy reheat and eat. Maize Corn Chili Pre-set oven to 350 degrees Spray baking casserole with Pam, or you can use a…

OMG, I'm dyin' here!!! Thanks for the laugh!!!

I season flour with salt, pepper and paprika. Dust the defrosted chicken pieces (I use thighs) with the flour, dip in egg white and then dip in seasoned bread crumbs. You want to do the two dry ingredients somewhat sparingly as we are trying to be healthy here. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. MUCH healthier than fried. My…

Great job!! You came in under goal and anytime you can do that and eat out is successful!

Hi Skywalker, first, good for still wanting to exercise. I don't have MS but I have an "unrelated-cousin" that does. (Close enough to be family) She complains about the same thing. Wants to work out but doesn't have the energy to do so, or she overheats and that causes her MS to act up. Do you have access to a pool? The…

Curious.....how many do you think you need?

Emilybites dot com has a great little recipe for rice krispie pumpkin squares. Really Yummy!

Thanks for sharing!

These sound wonderful. I guess what doesn't get devoured should be stored in the fridge?

Thanks!

Take it day by day. I log everything to learn to change my eating behavior by looking back over what works and what doesn't. I don't eat it if I don't want to own up to it and log it. Think of it like a job for awhile. Would a receptionist keep his/her job if he/she couldn't find the time to answer the phone? Or didn't…

I was thinking the same thing. Most little ones LOVE to play tag. you chase her...she chases you. Everyone benefits! :)

I have a Polar FT4 and love it! The chest strap is very comfortable and I find watching my calories tick away provides me with motivation to get that number moving. I looked at the fit bit flex but found some poor reviews about it's accuracy.

Hi D~ It's amazing how you go from eating whatever whenever with no thought, to trying to figure out what to eat and how often. I did the same thing. It's about making the best choices within your calorie range. Figuring out what's worth the calories and what is not. Try to get a lot of protein (it fills you up longer) but…

Hinari, the first step to losing weight is to be accountable for what you eat. I don't see any diary logging in the past 5 days. What are you eating? I know you don't have any "tools" to calculate your exercise calories, but MFP is here to calculate the food for you. It also has a somewhat accurate method of calculating…

What about lentils? They provide great protein and fiber, both of which will help keep you fuller longer. My mom used to make bread out of lentils..

Even gluten free bread has carbs. Is bread a trigger food for you? Balance is the key. Calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight. Pick foods that are healthy. Healthy doesn't "have" to be expensive. Do you have trouble getting fruits and veggies where you are?

I just got a Polar Ft4 with the chest strap. VERY comfortable and appears to be accurate. I got tired of the discrepancies between the stationary bike and what MFP would calculate. I can also use it outside the gym. Under $100. Worth it to me and I have a watch now when I'm not calculating calories and heart rate. Another…
