I don't think you need to say anything. when you get to 150 you may find that you are happy at that weight and it's a win-win. I think it's too early to make any hard and fast decisions.

I'm in the same boat! I know that if I ate a "hefty bowl" of any type of cereal I would be crashing. I think it's too much carbs. I, too, have done both and think that I will be able to better maintain on MFP. I had good success with ww but when it came time to maintain I really had to focus on good eating and exercise habits, not just concentrating on how many points.

Whether looking for sexual attention or not, girls can indeed attract it based on how they dress. I think we can obviously wear whatever we like, but must be mindful that others (men in particular) may view us more sexually than we have intended.
