I'm having your problem! I hit goal weight around a month ago and am finding it very difficult to eat my maintenance calories and to back away from the scale a bit!!! I think the scales are going to be hidden away in a cupboard and a conscious effort to try and relax a little bit!

I exercise 4 or 5 times a week using predominantly workout DVD's. I usually do cardio based ones like Ministry of Sound 2 or 3 times and then interval style weight training (Davina or Jillian Michaels) on the days inbetween.

Morning everyone. Completely forgot to post yesterday so lil bit of a late reply.... Last Monday was 147lbs, this week 145lbs, another 2lbs gone! I've now just nudged from an overweight BMI to the healthy range so here's to keeping up the good work and making sure that I don't creep back up into the overweight category :)

Hi everyone, I'd like to join this one too! I've lost 16lbs so far and am at 152lbs. Same as last Monday unfortunately - maintaining is better than gaining though but hopefully I'll have some better results next week :)

My bathroom floor is tiled so definitely ok in that respect. I guess I'll just have to wait and see the verdict of the comparison tomorrow! And try and stop being so reliant on those annoying numbers!
