Got the book and cooking loads from it ! The only down side from the show was that the lads wnet down to 1200 cals per day (bloody low but what do i know) but the lads then started doing bike rides and working out etc. I wish that the show made it more clear if they were eating more because of the workouts. I got kick out of a strip club in Scotland for telling a "dancer", who looked VERY YOUNG, to F off, because I had pairs of socks that was older than her......... needless to say the young lady took offence and the nice friendly door staff helped me on my way out of the building........
