I struggled with anorexia as well, and within 4 months, I was 50 pounds OVER where the problem originally started. You need to remember to eat all three meals! It keeps your metabolism going, burning more fat!

Do this with your daily workouts, just tone them down a bit. Make sure to take before and after pictures at the end of each level to provide motivation to people just starting! WE CAN DO IT GUYS!
