Starting the 30 day shred tomorrow! Who's gonna join me?

Go to youtube and type in "30 day shred level 1" and watch! We do this for 10 days, then level 2 for day 10 days and same for level 3! It's a great weight-loss exercise plan (so I've heard) and I can't wait to try it out. Who's with me? WE CAN DO THIS! Just add me, and we can work through this together.

  • Do this with your daily workouts, just tone them down a bit. Make sure to take before and after pictures at the end of each level to provide motivation to people just starting!

    I just did it today! I had it instantly stream to my computer which mirror in my Television. Its cheaper that way and all wireless. It was awesome. it was pretty tough but definitely do-able. Its probably easier because I only have 3 lb weights. I'll be buying the 5 lbs for more challenge. I can totally see myself sticking to this one everyday since its only 30 minutes. Its awesome.
