I appreciate everyone's responses. I don't notice much of a difference until it's close to dinner. I'm not that hungry and basically eat something bc I know I need to eat.

I am getting ready to start Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & thighs. You can look up the workout on youtube. If you decide to try it let me know & we can start together #motivation. I'm just finishing my last 2 days of JM 30DS.

No, I haven't tried thermogenic foods (not sure I know what foods they are), however after posting this question I decided I was not going to use any pills :bigsmile: I have just done everyting the health way, changed my eating habits & exercise 6-7 days a week. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks, for the feedback. I can't wait to start it, bc like you said there are exercises on there that I have never seen, and I can't wait to see how effective they are. I am almost done with 30 DS L2 (today is day 9) & i think I might start it with L3, even if I don't make it through the whole video, I can at least try to…

My goals are to lose weight & get toned. Even if I don't get down to 117, if my legs & butt get toned i will be happy. Of course getting down to my goal weight would be a PLUS :tongue:
