I have the iphone version and I love it. I also have the C25k one too. It won't MAKE you run if you don't want to, and the speed thing only works if you're using GPS (as far as I know), but if you're looking for something to make your runs a bit more exciting, I'd say go for it :)

I only guess when I'm eating out. I prepare or help prepare all the meals we eat at home so I can be as accurate as possible when I log.

That's exactly what they're saying. Your physical appearance is the only thing that matters to them, because obviously appearance=health and everyone has to adhere strictly to their idea of 'respecting yourself'.

I've done this one! I loved it, and my HRM read about 500? I know it's not totally accurate because of the strength/cardio mix, but that's a rough idea. I'm also below the weight range they use, so I'm not surprised I didn't reach 1000. Was a wicked workout all the same though!

Is it the only exercise you're doing atm? If it is, I would maybe mark it down under moderate? You're doing a lot of hours, but because walking isn't a huge calorie burner, the numbers won't add up if you just went by the time. I'm not 'getting it' because it makes no sense. Millions of years humans have existed, and NOW a build up in our intestines needs to be 'flushed out' because our body can't do it itself? And what happens if we don't? Millions of people in the world don't detox, are they going to keel over and die? ETA: I'm tapping out…

That's a great way of thinking about it. Deep breath, move on, start fresh tomorrow. If it becomes a frequent occurrence, perhaps try sitting down afterwards and trying to identify what triggered your binge so you can work through the issue and try to stop binge episodes before they begin?

You need to see a doctor immediately. This is either a physical illness, which is stopping you from consuming enough calories without discomfort, or it's an ED. Both need immediate medical attention.

How does drinking juice clean our my intestines? Why not just water? And why does it even matter? The human race has survived millions of year with 'crap' in their intestines, and we're still here so it's obviously not a major health issue.

But why do you need to detox? And why would you detox, then reintroduce the 'toxins' into your system? I genuinely don't understand what juice detox's are supposed to achieve?

There's nothing inherently wrong with them, they're just egg whites. The only thing is you will miss out on a lot of nutrients found only in the yolk.

If you go to the blue banner and click APPS then Tickers, you should find what you need :) You don't have to have one, but lots of people like to show off their progress! It automatically updates as you 'check in' with your new weight.

You just have to be patient. It sucks, but it's true. As people say, you didn't get gain all of your weight overnight and you won't lose all of that weight overnight either. Just keep what you're doing and give it time.
