  • Motivation is about remember your goals that you set in the first place & if you go off track, dont beat yourself up about it, forget it & get back on track. this site is a great place for keeping you on track & great people for encouragement.
  • seems a lot of exercise especially if you have only been doing it a few weeks, definetaly need rest days to allow the muscles to repair & recover. dont feel guily for having a day of your body needs it

  • +1 for the Xbox with kinect, we have both the Wii & Xbox. The xbox kinect sensor reacts much more realistic to your movements than the Wii. Im using the Active 2 game from EA sports & its a great workout at home.
