Hi I just thought. I would introduce myself I'm a 53 year old mother of two adults and two grandchildren. Praying to get fit and lose weight with a health approach on how to lose the weight, and keep it off. Any pointer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi & welcome along, I am a returning member after being away for a while I have returned to get rid of my
excess weight about 40lbs to begin with.
I find i have to write down all my foods or I slip to easily back to old ways.
Im also walking 30 mins every day until i feel fit enough to run comfortably.
